Rocket Pictures

Here are some of the rockets that I've built in the last year:

• Estes Viking package art. This rocket was lost when it flew into the sun.
• Estes Ninja package art. This rocket is waiting to get painted.
• Estes Laser package art and model. This rocket is also waiting for paint, and was built (unaided by dad!) by my 8 year old son.
• Estes Gnome package art and model. This rocket has not yet flown, and was also built by my 8 year old son.
• Estes Flash model. This was built for my 10 year old's Cub Scout Den. It flew 3 times, and suffered a separation on the last flight. The nosecone was recovered 1/4 mile away by some other intrepid scouts.
• Estes Arcas package art. This rocket is still in progress.
• Estes Black Brant III package art and model. I'm still waiting for favorable conditions before I fly this "D" rocket. The fields around here tend to be small.
• Estes Master Mercury Atlas package art. This one is still waiting patiently for building time!
• Estes Quark package art. My 10 year old son is building this one.
